Honey Mustard Chicken

Recipe from The Rookie Chef

I've done a similar recipe to this before, without the pretzels. It's super easy and very tasty! I really like the addition of the pretzels to give it a bit of crunch.

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 T honey
1 T mustard (I used dijon)
About 1/2 c pretzels, crushed

Directions:
Mix honey and mustard in a small bowl. Place the mixture in a bag with the chicken breasts - shake and squeeze to coat chicken. Place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Meanwhile - place the pretzels in a bag and crush with a meat mallot, or whatever you have on hand. You want them crushed pretty fine, as bigger pieces don't stick as well.

Preheat oven to 350. Prep a small baking dish with a bit of oil.

Place pretzel pieces in a bowl - remove chicken from refrigerator. Press chicken onto pretzels pieces to fully coat the chicken, then place it into the baking dish.

Cook for about 30 minutes, until no longer pink in the middle.
