Avocado Tomato Salad

This was delicious! Light and summery and a perfect accompaniment to anything on the grill. We absolutely loved this and will definitely be making this again!
Ingredients:
1 avocado, sliced and chopped
12 ou cherry tomatos, sliced in half
1 small onion, chopped
2-3 ou fresh mozzarella, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice from one lime
1 T EVOO
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl with a lid, place the lid on and shake gently to mix.
Serve immediately, or press a piece of plastic wrap down into the bowl (to keep avocado from browning), cover with lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.
