100% Whole Wheat Bread

Recipe from Branny Boils Over

So I'm really trying to conquer my issues with yeast, as I'd love to get to a point where I can make our bread for lunches every week.  Unfortunately - this one didn't quite make the cut.

This bread did rise better than others have in the past, but the consistency still wasn't quite there.  Though it did taste very good.

You can tell from the picture that it wasn't as soft as it should have been.  Anyway, check out Branny's Blog for the recipe.  I didn't change anything and I'm feeling too lazy to retype. :)
