Monday: Chicken in Tomato-Basil Broth over Couscous
Tuesday: Thai Red Curry Shrimp (since I didn't make it last week)
Wednesday: Leftover enchiladas
Thursday: Wisdom teeth coming out - lots of smoothies : /
Friday: More smoothies, yogurt and ice cream
Saturday: We'll see how I feel
