I love roasted brocoli with garlic. I also use green giant boxed veggies and love them!

I love sauteeing onions w/ some butter and olive oil, and then adding in frozen peas. Mmm.
I love asparagus and I simply clean and place in a baking pan, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with parm cheese. I serve with Balsamic vinegar. Yummy!
French green beans. Just heat and serve!

Sweet potato or yam...microwaved whole, then slit open and served with a nice pat of margerine right down the center. Good, and good for you!

I love roasted brussel sprouts. Sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt and roast at 425 for about 20-30 min until browned. Yum!
In springtime my favorite vegetable is asparagus. I love to roast it drizzled with olive oil & pine nuts.
