Rosemary Bread
I made this bread to go with this Beef Stew.
It came out perfect - golden brown, nice and soft on the inside with the perfect thickness of crust.
Ingredients:
1 c water
3 T olive oil
1 1/2 t white sugar
1 1/2 t salt
1/4 t Italian seasoning
1/3 t ground pepper
1 T dried rosemary
2 1/2 c bread flour
1 1/2 t active dry yeast
Directions:
Place all ingredients into your bread machine. Select Light crust, white bread setting and hit start.
Ready in about 3.5 hours.
