Grilled Lobster Tail

I had made this recipe from allrecipes.com before. I didn't have this exact recipe to work from this time, however. So I did what I could remember, and made the rest up.

I think these turn out really great on the grill. Really good flavor. You can serve them with melted butter if you wish.

Ingredients:
5 lobster tails
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper
Paprika
2 cloved garlic, minced

Directions:
Preheat grill for high heat.

Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave, then whisk in garlic, salt and pepper and paprika to taste.

Using kitchen shears, split lobster tails lengthwise, and brush flesh with the butter mixture.

Lightly oil the grill grate.

Place lobster, flesh side down, on grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with the marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

Lobster is done when opaque and firm to the touch.
