Shrimp Cocktail w/ Beer & Old Bay

We made this shrimp cocktail as our appetizer on V-Day. It was very good! This is one of my faves. :)

Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, deveined
2-3 bottles beer of choice (we used Coors Light because it was there)
Old Bay seasoning (we actually got a garlic & herb flavored Old Bay)
Water, if needed
Bowl of ice water

Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring beer and Old Bay (to taste) to a boil. You'll need enough liquid to completely cover the shrimp, so if you think you need more, just add water.

Once boiling, add the shrimp and cook about 5 minutes until they float and are pink and opaque.

Immediately move the shrimp to the ice water, and let cool.

Drain the shrimp, and serve with cocktail sauce.
