Thursday: Stuffed Turkey Burgers and Corn on the Cob
Friday: Chicken Pesto Pizza
Weekend: Roast Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

that sounds like a really good menu and pretty healthy too, I am trying to cook more healthy here, but not succeeding very well, any tips?
Sherry - for me it's all about meal planning. If I don't plan for it, we'll end up having pasta, or I'll just eat a bagel, or something equally as unhealthy.
I usually start planning for the following week around Wednesday or Thursday, and I try to mix it up a bit so we don't get bored. :)
And I grocery shop for everything at the beginning of the week - that way, I have to follow the plan. If I don't, the produce will go bad - and I absolutely hate to throw out food.
