Pasta w/ Meat Sauce

Okay - this really isn't a recipe. I just doctored up some jarred spaghetti sauce and it turned out pretty good. :)
I started with Healthy Choice Traditional sauce and cook up some ground chicken to throw in with it. I also added some green onion, minced garlic, zucchini (I added to the sauce with about 2 minutes to go to cook it), 1/2 chopped jalapeno, fresh basil and fresh parsley. Pour over some type of pasta (I used shells) and top with some Parmesan. YUM!
