Recipe from Black Cat Kitchen
This was a very simple recipe to throw together. It takes no longer than it takes for your pasta to cook. It was pretty good, though it could have used just a bit more flavor, I think.
1/2 lb swiss chard, washed and cut into small pieces
1/2 T olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 c onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c milk
1/8 c Parmesan cheese
4 ou cooked pasta
Salt & pepper, to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a saucepan heat the oil, then add the swiss chard, garlic and onions, until tender. Add the remaining ingredients over medium heat until warm.
Toss the swiss chard with the pasta and serve warm.
