Meal Planning Monday
Monday: Golf outing for work, J's on his own
Tuesday: Asparagus-Pesto Fake-out Lasagna - I'll make this over the weekend, then just reheat on Tuesday. It will be a busy evening for us.
Wednesday: Grilled Ham, Cheese & Tomato Sandwiches & Sweet Potato Fries
Thursday: Another busy evening, so we'll do leftover casserole
Friday: Grilled Pesto Chicken Packets & Rice or Orzo Salad
Weekend: Father's Day so we're having a picnic on Sunday. Just burgers and your typical picnic fare.
